Introduction
In order to meet the peak shaving requirements of the electricity market and ensure the safe operation of power generation units, and to safeguard the fundamental interests of power plants; Our company has deeply explored the potential of equipment and designed an internal compartment technology scheme without changing the external structure of the raw coal bunker, in order to improve the rapid response capability of the coal blending system to variable load conditions.
R&D route:
The design of the raw coal silo adopts wear-resistant stainless steel partitions, dividing the raw coal silo into two parts along the direction of the upper coal belt. One side stores high calorific value design coal and the other side stores co fired economic coal, in order to meet the demand for coal during peak shaving of the unit.
Warehouse division plan:
The raw coal silo is mainly composed of a middle partition, reinforced support, hydraulic two-way plug door, radar level gauge, cleaning and anti blocking system, control system, etc. According to the different capacity of the raw coal bunker, two types of compartments can be selected: single partition and double partition. The supporting anti blocking and cleaning equipment can be hydraulic coal pusher, rotary cleaning machine, air hammer, etc. The construction period for a single warehouse is about 20 days, and multiple warehouses can be operated simultaneously.
The single board compartment steel plate adopts an I-type structure, double-sided welding, and double-sided semi-circular steel pipe reinforcement support. The material is 201 wear-resistant stainless steel with a thickness of not less than 12mm and a pitch of not more than 1500mm.
The double plate compartment steel plate adopts an H-shaped structure, with the middle welded keel supporting the double-sided steel plate welding. The material is 201 wear-resistant stainless steel with a thickness of not less than 10mm and a pitch of not more than 1500mm.
economic performance:
For example, after the coal bin partitioning transformation of the 660MW unit, high calorie coal can be timely and accurately input. Compared with before the transformation, each use of partitioning can save about 30-70t/time of coal, and the annual income of a single unit will increase by more than 50 million yuan.
