Introduction
In order to meet the requirements of depth peaking of thermal power plant units and improve the response ability of boiler coal blending system to variable load operation, the raw coal silo division technical scheme developed by our company effectively solves the supply demand of superior and inferior coal and the operation economic benefits during depth peaking of units, and can realize the flexibility of coal blending without changing coal types. This scheme reduces operating cost, improves enterprise income, and satisfies the power grid peak regulation.
The main structure of the scheme is composed of the top high frequency radar level meter, the middle partition, the strengthening support, the hydraulic bidirectional insert plate door, the anti-blocking hydraulic coal push system, the anti-blocking vibration hammer system, and the control system.
The design scheme adopts the middle partition board; It divides the raw coal bunker into two parts along the direction of the upper coal belt from the bottom up. A set of hydraulic bidirectional plunger door is installed at the lower part of the raw coal bunker with a diameter of about 1400mm, and a set of anti-blocking hydraulic coal pusher is installed at the lower part to ensure the normal passage of coal flow in the upper part of the coal feeder. Auxiliary anti-blocking hammer is installed on the outside of the silo to prevent raw coal from hanging on the wall. After the transformation of the steel plate, the stress and deformation of the components under its control conditions meet the requirements of the code, the construction period is 20 days, and multiple silos can be carried out at the same time.
Advantages of single-board silo: it can achieve double-sided welding, high strength, toughness, light weight, small space, significant economic benefits. After the reconstruction of the power plant of Jinneng Holding Group, it can quickly switch the use of superior and inferior coal in one minute and reduce the unnecessary consumption of high calorific value coal. After the transformation of the warehouse, the economic benefits are significant, such as the annual savings of about 80 million yuan for two 600MW units!
